A little relaxing

Tanya relaxing

Isn’t she cute!

Our cat Tanya is at her best when supervising Fay and Bob from Raggedy Ann’s lap. This is in the corner of Fay’s office and her second favorite spot to sit. The first is on my desk.

However not everything makes kitty a happy camper. We have taken her for three practice drives in the car and she is doing pretty well. Three days in the car might be a different story. Still more to get used to like the collar, leash and carrying box. Should be interesting. I suppose the doll will have to come with us also.

The house is feeling different

Posted by Fay on September 22, 2006

For two weekends we have been going through cupboards, closets, basement and garage and finding big piles of stuff we can easily part with. It really feels great to walk into these rooms and see our progress.

An accident during clean up

Posted by Fay on September 22, 2006

September 9 Bob and our neighborhood helper Tyler loaded the 4 by 8 trailer to over flowing.  On the way to the dump a storage cabinet blew off into the freeway.  Bob fell when going back to get it and when he got home I took him to emergency room for 13 stitches.  I’m so glad it was not worse.  He was very lucky.  This is a good reminder to not cut corners when we are going through this pricess.
